EaglePicher Corporation, its companies, affiliates, and subsidiaries (collectively referred to as “EaglePicher” or “Company”) respect the privacy of any visitor or user (“User”) of the EaglePicher website http://www.eaglepicher.com/ and any linked websites (collectively referred to as the “Site”). The Company utilizes established methods in seeking to protect any personal information that User may provide to the Company when visiting or using the Site. EaglePicher may periodically update this Privacy Policy and any provision contained herein, as the Company deems necessary or appropriate.

When accessing the Site, User may generally do so without revealing User’s identity to EaglePicher. When User accesses the Site, EaglePicher may, nonetheless log User’s internet protocol (“IP”) address for such purposes as system administration, auditing Site usage, collecting statistical information.
EaglePicher may place web beacons on the Site, which provide anonymous information concerning the number of visitors to the Site or a specific page on the Site, and the number of times the page has been displayed. EaglePicher may also collect other statistical information, including but not limited to, how visitors navigate through the Site and the browsers used to visit the Site.
EaglePicher may place “cookies” on User’s computer to allow us to identify User. The use of cookies is a common business practice that many websites use to collect personally identifiable information. Such information allows EaglePicher to provide specific services to User. A cookie will only allow EaglePicher to learn that personally identifiable information, which User chooses to disclose, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy or in the Company’s Website Usage Agreement. If User does not wish to provide personally identifiable information to EaglePicher, User may wish to modify the cookies settings on User’s browser, provided that User’s browser permits such resetting. Disabling a cookie, however, may prevent User from accessing all or part of the Site.
EaglePicher may request personally identifiable information from User. If User is ordering products or services from, or supplying products or services to, EaglePicher, the Company may request additional personally identifiable information as well. EaglePicher will not publish, distribute, sell, trade, or disseminate any personally identifiable information to third parties not affiliated with EaglePicher, except as required by law or as User may otherwise authorize. If User provides personally identifiable information to third party websites that link to or from the Site, User understands and agrees that EaglePicher shall not be liable to User for the use, publishing, disclosure, distribution, or dissemination of User’s personally identifiable information that results from User’s linking directly or indirectly to any third party site. In addition, for any third party sites that link to or from this Site, User understands and agrees that the privacy policy and any other terms and conditions of such third party govern the use of any personally identifiable information collected during User’s access to such third party site.
EaglePicher may utilize anonymous data and personally identifiable information collected for purposes including, but not limited to, determining the characteristics and traffic patterns of visitors to the Site, sales information and user behavior on the Site. EaglePicher may, in its sole discretion, share anonymous information (but not personally identifiable information, except as otherwise provided herein) with third parties for purposed including, but not limited to, advertising and marketing, Site enhancement, and product and service development.
EaglePicher protects all submissions of and responses to personally identifiable information using appropriate security protocols and encryption technology. Nonetheless, User understands and agrees that internet communications may not be secure and that parties other than those authorized under this Privacy Policy or the Company’s Website Usage Agreement, may be able to obtain or access User’s personally identifiable information, regardless of any security measures. Accordingly, User agrees that EaglePicher shall not be liable for any disclosure of User’s personally identifiable information.
EaglePicher may monitor, store, review and disclose to third parties any information obtained on the Site as may be required or requested to satisfy any applicable governmental law, regulation or proceeding. Additionally, EaglePicher may use any information in the Company’s possession to identify a particular user if EaglePicher, in its sole discretion, believes such identification is necessary to enforce compliance with the Company’s Website Usage Agreement or to protect EaglePicher or its employees, the Site, any Site Material, or EaglePicher’s customers.

At User’s request, EaglePicher will make reasonable efforts to update, change or delete any personally identifiable information that User may have provided to the Company. User understands and agrees that to enforce our Privacy Policy, the Company’s Website Usage Agreement, resolve disputes, or provide information to satisfy applicable governmental laws, regulations or proceedings, EaglePicher may need to retain User’s personally identifiable information in its files, despite any request by User to the contrary.
The Site contains no information or material that EaglePicher considers harmful to children. Nonetheless, the Site is not intended for use by anyone under the age of eighteen (18), and any individual under such age should not provide the Company personally identifiable information. In order to comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA), EaglePicher does not knowingly market to, or solicit, collect or use personally identifiable information from or about any individual under such age.
